Chairman

As Chairman, Walter has responsibility for vendor and product management, along with advising the president and senior management on business issues. He served as Innvision’s president until 2011, growing the company from a regional start-up to a nationwide provider with more than 50 employees. Prior to co-founding Innvision in 2004, Walter founded Middle Georgia Hospitality (MGH) in the mid-1980s and was its owner and president until the company’s sale in 1999. During this time, Walter orchestrated the growth of MGH into a major nationwide FF&E purchasing and design provider with annual sales of over $90 million. Walter has received various hotel industry distinctions and recognition over the years, including being named one of New Look Magazine’s “People 2009: 10 Leading Voices in the Hospitality Design World.”

President

As President, Chris has responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of Innvision. He served as COO & CFO from 2004 to 2011, helping establish the infrastructure and processes that enabled the company’s rapid growth. Prior to co-founding Innvision, Chris was co-founder and vice president of BrightPath Wireless, a wireless ISP, where Chris directed all activities relating to sales, marketing, and finance. Prior to this, Chris worked for Dell as brand and pricing manager for the $5B Dimension line of desktop computers. Chris also has experience in category management with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, and in sales and management with Metrocall, a wireless messaging provider.

Carol CannonCarol Cannon
Director of Project Sales

As Director of Project Sales, Carol leads a team of purchasing and hotel brand experts in managing Innvision’s procurement efforts. She has a passion for linens and a rich background in that subject, having earned her degree in textiles from the University of Georgia. For several years, she worked in the apparel industry, managing the buying, merchandising, and sales of clothing for various companies. Carol brings Innvision her remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in the procurement process.

Principal of Design

As Principal of Design, Holly heads the Innvision DesignSM  arm of Innvision, comprising a tremendously talented team of designers. Holly is an industry veteran with an eye for the details that create a pleasing, luxurious experience, optimized for both hotel operators and guests. Holly has been planning and designing hotel properties, domestically and internationally, for nearly three decades and has come to be known as one of the foremost experts in the field. She and her team offer our clients a deep base of industry knowledge and diverse experience gained from hotel and luxury resort projects worldwide. Holly is NCDIQ certified and an Allied member of ASID.

Carol PerryCarol Perry
Director of Executive Operations

As Director of Executive Operations, Carol manages both Innvision’s marketing efforts and its operational processes. Prior to joining Innvision in 2007, she built a career of more than 20 years in systems analysis, business analysis, market analysis, and project management. She spent much of that time in the banking and insurance industries, both in the private sector as well as the State Purchasing division of the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, which oversees 5 billion dollars in spend annually. Carol blends big-picture perspective with her ability to juggle multiple moving parts and details, adding an invaluable layer of quality and control to the Innvision management team.

Andrew SchwanbeckAndrew Schwanbeck
Director of Client Support & IT

As Director of Client Support & IT, Andrew leads the Client Support team’s efforts in project logistics and customer service, and he also oversees Innvision’s information technology operations and solutions. Andrew’s career, which originated at Middle Georgia Hospitality, spans 15 years in the hospitality industry. His expertise contributes to several areas of operation at Innvision – from project sales to finance, client support, and IT infrastructure.

Director of Accounting & Finance

As Director of Accounting & Finance, Pat manages the financial operations of the company along with the Human Resources, Credit, and Client Support departments. Pat joined Innvision in 2004 and played a vital role in developing the operational and accounting systems in place today. Her decades of experience in hospitality purchasing date back to 1989, when she began serving as the controller for Middle Georgia Hospitality. Pat has played a key role in solidifying Innvision’s financial stability and helping the company gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace with its payables processing methodology.
